NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN RELATING TO POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF IMPACT FEES
A hearing shall be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Caddo Mills City Hall, 2313 Main Street, Caddo Mills, Texas, 75135. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan under which a roadway impact fee may be imposed. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan. The land use assumptions and capital improvements plan may be inspected at the Office of the City Secretary at Caddo Mills City Hall during regular business hours.
