ABOUT

The City of Caddo Mills is a Home Rule Municipality with a "Council-Manager" form of government.

The City Manager is appointed by the City Council to serve as the Chief Administrative Officer of the City, responsible to the City Council for administration of the affairs of the City, in accordance with policies and oversight of the City Council, the City's Charter, adopted Code of Ordinances and applicable State laws. The City Manager is responsible for management oversight of all City departments and City Staff, preparation of an annual Budget.
