The Caddo MIlls City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the Caddo Mills City Hall Council Chambers, 2313 Main Street, Caddo MIlls, Texas, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to considder the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the amendment of the water and sewer impact fees. Any member of hte public has a right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the amendments.
The Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvement PLan, and the proposed Impact Fee Schedule is available for viewing on the City's website www.cityofcaddomills.com and the City Secretary's Office.
