NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City Council of the City of Caddo Mills, Texas, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2313 Main Street, Caddo Mills, Texas 75135, giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard regarding the following proposed request for voluntary annexation by the City of Caddo Mills, Texas. A map and detailed information on the proposed property for annexation is available at City Hall.
The City of Caddo Mills proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following territory, to wit:
- Hunt County Property ID 21116, being approximately 198.8158 acres situated in the Clemente Bustilla Survey, Abstract No. 49, generally located north of Interstate 30 and west of Highway 36; and
- Hunt County Property IDs 23286 and 123023, being approximately 63.329 acres situated in the George W. Davis Survey, Abstract No. 229, generally located south of County Road 2508 and east of County Road 2507
